Shipping, Payment and Returns

Shipping & Delivery
 
All deliveries are sent through Australia Post via Registered mail.

Deliveries must be accepted in person and signed for, so please nominate a daytime business address. A surcharge may apply if your parcel is not sent to a business address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Deliveries made within Australia will usually arrive within 2-5 working days.

Domestic delivery is calculated at the flat rate of $15AUD.

International deliveries will be sent using express international courier and will be charged a flat rate of $45AUD for postage and handling.

Deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. Please note that we do not cover any additional shipping taxes incurred by your country and we advise you check these yourself prior to purchase.

All deliveries are sent by courier and require a signature upon delivery.

Packaging
 
All items will be wrapped in tissue paper, and placed in bubble wrap satchels for their protection.


Payments and security

Payments can be made by Paypal. Please refer to Paypal terms & conditions at paypal.com
All prices quoted on and charged by kyotap.com are in Australian Dollars.

All prices include GST.


Returns, refunds and exchanges

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following refund, returns & exchange conditions.

Request for exchange must be notified to Kyotap within 14 days of purchase by emailing sales@kyotap.com.au or by calling +612 92802737.

Exchangable goods must be approved for return. This is at the discretion of Kyotap. We will endeavour to replace any unsuitable items to the best of our ability within reason.

Returned goods must have swing tags still attached, must not have been worn and must be in the condition that they were received in. All garments must be returned in the packaging that they were received in at the expense of the purchaser.

We are not able to facilitate returns or exchanges ‘on sale’ items. Returns are only accepted when stock is faulty or damaged upon arrival in which case a refund will be issued for the amount paid.

Kyotap.com cannot take responsibility for incorrect sizes, unsuitability, change of mind or any other particulars. The choice of order is the responsibility of the purchaser. Questions are encouraged and may be directed to sales@kyotap.com.au or +612 92802737.

You may wish to insure returned goods as Kyotap will not be held responsible for returned but not received goods.
